LEGO has officially released the newest LEGO GWP (gift with purchase)- the LEGO Sandwich Shop (40578) - for fans to add to their collection. We got a glimpse of the set some months ago, and word flew around that the set would be offered for free with more expensive builds. LEGO has now announced that the LEGO Sandwich Shop (40578) set is being offered for free on purchases of £90 or higher till 30th September.

The creative set consists of a tiny yet thoroughly detailed sandwich stand with a rather simple design, and two Minifigures of the stand owner and a delivery guy. This set goes well with the LEGO Coffee Cart (40488) set released last year, both of which can be used to expand your LEGO city collection. 

The next LEGO GWP is available for lucky fans to collect before 30th September after purchasing sets that range from £90 (€90 and above. Fans in North America, however, still get the LEGO Children’s Amusement Park (40529) as the GWP for sets within the same spend amount rather than the latest LEGO Sandwich Shop (40578) set.
